The state of art Computerized machines are been set up in our embroidery department. The high accuracy and versatile Tajima brand embroidery machines are imported from Japan. Out of two one is 18 and another is 20 head machine.

We have a latest SINAJET cad plotter machine and OPTITEX cad pattern designing software. That’s very use full to make a exactness Pattern layout.
Well experienced employee will check the entire finishing fabric roll and verified the fabric grade level also if it’s QC passed fabric handover to production dept.
Lay cutting machines that are highly advanced are been installed in our production unit. To avoid angle variations in shape, we use effective band knife cutting machines
Modernized sewing machines with the latest features have been imported and being used for our production. Around 300 sewing machines are now in use for the regular process.
We ensure that every piece is checked on after stitching then check the entire pcs from well trained pepole. They will find out the unwanted threads, oils, grease mark pcs. That’s very use full for export high quality pcs.
We ensure that every piece is on check for the stipulated quality standards. There is a separate quality control and assurance team to make the mandatory quality check on finished garments. Packaging too is done by efficient members who do work rapidly and pack precisely.
